Production
Obtained exclusively in Eucalyptus reforestation areas, and certified by IBAMA, the wood treated in the autoclave by MARIANI is carefully selected by qualified professionals, ensuring its reliability for different uses. After drying, the wood is impregnated with special products in our industrial units.
The treatment increases the durability of wood, providing greater economy, safety, versatility, easy maintenance and quality assurance, contributing to the preservation of native species. Forests are initially classified according to the demands of the market.
Once this pre-selection is made, the straighter trees are identified and marked. After cutting and peeling, they are transported to the treatment plant over a period of 30 to 60 days, which are deposited in yards and a further period of 30 to 60 days a to complete the drying period, during |

which they reach the appropriate moisture content for treatment.
The final wood selection occurs in Mariani’s plant, based on the client needs. It takes in consideration the purpose of use to determine the most appropriate species and the appropriate diameter and length.
Then, the wood is sectioned according to the specifications request and placed in vans entering the autoclave which is the whole process of treatment.
